If guests are found to have pet / smoking / shoes inside the house / had a party or event which results in extra cleaning & deodorizing, guests will be responsible for extra charges. Please note that Airbnb does not charge security deposit upon booking. Security deposit will only get charged to guests in the event of accidents that occur during a reservation, e.g. spilled wine on the rug, broken window/mirror, missing items, breakages or damages.
Upon check-out dishes are to be washed and put away, property is to be left as found.
You must also acknowledge
Security Deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
Cancellation Policy
Strict – Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee.
